For both Ceremony and Reception, Up to Three Hundred (300) Guests, our venue fee is $5,000, plus a 9.75% sales tax. This venue Fee includes the following:
- Menu and Reception Planning
- Rehearsal Time
- Seven (7) Hours use of Venue Property on event day
- White wooden chairs (up to 300)
- Chiavari chairs (up to 250)
- Tables for reception (round, square and bistro)
- Glasses (goblets, wine and champagne), plates and eating utensils
- White Floor Length Table linens
- Set up / tear down / clean up
- Wedding Coordinator (wedding day and rehearsal coordination)
- Parking attendants
Cedar Hall requries that we do all Catering in-house.
In addition to the venue fee there is a $5,000 minimum on Catering, which includes food, alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages.
